Right of withdrawal and return

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day the customer receives the goods.

1.1 Exercise of the right of withdrawal

1.2 Return shipping costs and conditions

Please note the following return policy:

- Return period: 14 days from receipt of goods

- Item condition: unused, in original packaging, complete

- Return shipping costs: borne by the buyer, except in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.

Refund: will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods via the original payment method.

1.3 Supplement for pre-orders

Note regarding pre-orders

- For items marked as pre-order , you are ordering products that are not yet in stock and will only be delivered after the official release.

- The expected release date is stated in the product description. Changes or postponements by the manufacturer are possible.

Pre-orders are binding orders. Cancellation is only possible within the framework of the statutory right of withdrawal.

- After the statutory cancellation period has expired, we can no longer accept cancellations.

Delivery will take place immediately after we receive the goods.

For returns, prior contact with customer service is required.
